My Martini

I wrote this tune after having a lenghty late night phone conversation with my friend Alana Musselman about tune writing during the winter of 2000. Like most tunes, it started out pretty awkwardly, and didn't really come to shape till a wedding gig in January where I also was given the tune's title by another friend, John "Box Boy" McGillian. The short of it is that I wore bright red Converse Chuck Taylor's to the wedding and ordered a martini when everyone was drinking pints, not a very good combination. Anyway, enjoy the tune...
